If you are looking for a private full service auto repair shop, look no further than Zarn Automotive! They are top notch when it comes to honesty and transparency. They provide detailed estimates with caveats discussed throughout the time your vehicle is in for repair and will not attempt to upsell on anything that they do not deem necessary to the longevity of your vehicle. They are efficient and provide quick turnarounds on your repairs often making repairs quicker than expected all while providing quality repairs! Zarn Automotive did an excellent job replacing my brake pads and rotors. The price was great, the communication from Micah was clear from start to finish, and the customer service from Kim was genuinely impressive. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s honest, reliable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Recently purchased a used 2004 Mercedes that needed extensive work to bring it back to its proper running condition. Zarn's work (which comes with a 2-year warranty) was thorough and professional. I try to support family-run businesses when I know the capabilities warrant it. I'll surely be back in the future. They've earned my trust.

Zarn is a unicorn in the service industry. They did an awesome job getting my work truck back on the road a day sooner than they originally said, and for less than the original estimate (because they are honest and fair). Their communication was over the top, letting me know every phase of the process and what to expect next. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
