I recently took my wife’s 2017 Mercedes GLS450 to Zarn Automotive, and while car issues are never fun - especially right before the holidays... the team there made the experience as smooth as possible. Our 2011 Hyundai Sonata started to develop an electrical issue, which I was beginning to think would turn out to be an expensive repair. The Zarn team performed an electrical diagnostics and what I thought would be expensive to have repaired, turned out to be an easy and inexpensive fix after all. Hats off to the technicians at Zarn for offering an honest assessment of the electrical issue that our vehicle was having and offered to repair it at a very affordable price, and not the "oh, by the way, you're also going to have to replace this and that" and the out the door price will cost you an arm and a leg! In the last 8 months I've used Zarn twice-- most recently to fix an electrical issue with sensors and previously to diagnose and eventually replace my transmission. Their customer service is stellar. I was in a time crunch this past weekend needing to know if my car was drivable out of town for a soccer tournament. They got me in quickly to diagnose the problem and managed to get my car repaired and ready to drive for the weekend. I know that isn't possible all the time but it really helped me out. Zarn communicates well and timely. Their prices are reasonable. Mostly, they are honest and not trying to upsell on anything. They are patient and take time to answer all my questions about car stuff I don't understand. This is why I'm a repeat customer.
