I have finally found the only auto shop I will ever want and need… This team not only won my business, but my trust! I’ve got a 1999 Toyota 4runner nearing 300,000 miles on it (and hoping to get 200k more). They over delivered and under charged - a first for me, owning a car where you could justify replacing a lot. From the tremendous customer service to the phenomenal business ethic, this operation is where you want to bring your cars, no matter what repair or service is needed.

Me and my family all own Mercedes and this shop consistently takes care of us whenever one of us has a problem. They are honest, fair-priced, and precise. For a long time, it was a struggle to find a shop that could properly work on my Mercedes. But I am happy to say that this shop is specialized with working on Mercedes. Zarn blows every other shop out the water, even the dealership!

I appreciated their honesty with my business and concerns. They were very thorough with my cars inspection. Where I was quoted thousands to fix an emergent problem they diagnosed as a monitorable issue with an action plan for inspecting this over time. They went the extra mile to clean up my car and present it well back to us. Where good communication, expertise, and attention to details align is where you should want to do business also. Highly recommend the team at Zarn
