Comprehensive Diagnostic Testing

A/C Compressor went out on my Audi, found Zarn on the web and went through the reviews. Dropped off the car on Thursday and was notified Monday it was ready for pickup. Neal and team at Zarn were awesome to work with and turned the car around super-fast. Very clean facility, courteous staff who kept me updated on progress. Great service! I had maintenance due for my Mercedes. I also had front and rear brakes replaced. Very easy to schedule an appointment on line. They are very thorough with checking on all the other areas for wear and tear. Michael/Neil were informative and very nice. I appreciated that they were even willing to stay over their regular hours to finish up the work So I could get my vehicle back the same day. Highly recommend.

As a DIYer I dread going to the mechanic. However, I can say I'd rather spend my dollars at Zarn Automotive. They've always helped me out when I need it. The service and turn around time is always prompt.

I’ve been driving my 2013 ford escape that currently has 183,000 miles for a lil over 10 years. My goal is to drive her until at least 230,000 so I can say I drove her to the moon- ha!! She had been making all sorts of racket. Last year I took her into a mechanic who had some suggestions for repair which I did- but didn’t make much of a difference. This past Tuesday I brought her to Zarn & was blown away from the amazing service. He wanted to make sure we were in the same page for the weird clunking and noises I was concerned about & insisted we drive it around a little. I elected to do a diagnostic to also figure out what things I needed repaired to drive my escape safely. They have an awesome system that provides a link that lists each item with red (critical) , yellow (moderate), & green (good) along with the cost & you select the services you want repaired. It made figuring out what we wanted repaired very easy. I had new rotors, new brake pads & fluid, oil change and an engine mount repaired (it was collapsed) for a very reasonable price. I picked my Escape up & it felt like I was driving a totally different car. No more clunking and thudding- I am so impressed & satisfied with the services received & feel safe driving my escape. We will be bringing all vehicles to Zarn from now on! Thank you so much.

I have used Zarn for several years now. They are honest and have integrity. They have never advised of items needing needless repairs. They will give honest assessment and suggest items with no high pressure. A recent trip had my SUV dying and making strange noises. This was internal engine issue. Instead of offering to replace the engine as many others would have, they knew of an applicable factory recall that would cover my issue. They called my local dealership and even printed a copy of the bulletin. Vehicle is now back on the road, repaired under a special extended warranty program and it cost me less than $100 to have the issue troubleshot.Money well spent. Use this shop with confidence.
