Neil’s passion for cars started as a teenager working on his Mustang and now drives his hands-on involvement in daily operations. Me and my family all own Mercedes and this shop consistently takes care of us whenever one of us has a problem. They are honest, fair-priced, and precise. For a long time, it was a struggle to find a shop that could properly work on my Mercedes. But I am happy to say that this shop is specialized with working on Mercedes. Zarn blows every other shop out the water, even the dealership!

I appreciated their honesty with my business and concerns. They were very thorough with my cars inspection. Where I was quoted thousands to fix an emergent problem they diagnosed as a monitorable issue with an action plan for inspecting this over time. They went the extra mile to clean up my car and present it well back to us. Where good communication, expertise, and attention to details align is where you should want to do business also.
