Recently purchased a used 2004 Mercedes that needed extensive work to bring it back to its proper running condition. Zarn's work (which comes with a 2-year warranty) was thorough and professional. I try to support family-run businesses when I know the capabilities warrant it. I'll surely be back in the future. They've earned my trust.

I recently took my wife’s 2017 Mercedes GLS450 to Zarn Automotive, and while car issues are never fun - especially right before the holidays... the team there made the experience as smooth as possible. They were honest, transparent, and provided a clear plan for the necessary repairs. They fixed the coolant system issues and installed a new drive belt. Micah and Neil were incredibly professional and straightforward about everything that needed attention. We’ll be scheduling some follow‑up work, but I truly appreciate their honesty, hard work, and the fact that they got the car back to us before Christmas Day. Highly recommend this team. Edit: This team continues to deliver on everything and more! I recently got the motor mounts, crankcase breather assemble, and intake manifold gaskets taken care of. The techs S Ekstrom and N Shellady got the car knocked out in no time. Special thanks to Micah and the whole team at Zarn.

In the last 8 months I've used Zarn twice-- most recently to fix an electrical issue with sensors and previously to diagnose and eventually replace my transmission. Their customer service is stellar. I was in a time crunch this past weekend needing to know if my car was drivable out of town for a soccer tournament. They got me in quickly to diagnose the problem and managed to get my car repaired and ready to drive for the weekend. I know that isn't possible all the time but it really helped me out. Zarn communicates well and timely. Their prices are reasonable. Mostly, they are honest and not trying to upsell on anything. They are patient and take time to answer all my questions about car stuff I don't understand. This is why I'm a repeat customer.

I brought in my Infinity for a 2nd opinion on a repair that our dealership told us we needed. ZARN went above and beyond our expectations in figuring out what the exact problem was and what needed to be done to fix it! There inspection was much more thorough than the dealership and they were amazing at explaining to us exactly what was wrong and how that would effect my car in the long run!! All the employees there were knowledgeable about cars and would do anything to help us out. I can’t say enough about ZARN…..we will definitely use them now instead of the pricey dealership service departments!!

They took the time to let me explain and drive the vehicle to show the noise that has been haunting me for some time. It just so happened it wasn't being loud that day so we had to make small movements and barely catch the sound and the tech was able to recreate the sound under the engine and figured out it was the engine mount. They replaced it the same day and I took my vehicle home the same day. Kia told me they had to keep the car for a minimum of 12 days before even looking at it... people don't have time to drop off a vehicle for 2 wks before even being told what's going on. Even though I had an extended warranty, I chose to pay out of pocket and I'm glad I was only without my car for 1 day. Very pleased with Zarn start to finish. Every person I spoke with that day (there were 3) were all very polite and kind as well.
