FAQ’S

A List of Frequently Asked Questions.

Can I schedule an appointment? We do schedule preventative maintenance appointments such as oil changes, brake inspections, battery testing, vehicle inspections & Fluid change services.

Do you schedule diagnostic appointments? No, most often we will ask for the vehicle to be dropped off to the shop to allow our technicians enough time to perform the correct testing. ***Intermittent concerns must be dropped off***

What if I need my vehicle towed-in to the shop? We do not provide towing services. You may want to check with your insurance provider & see if towing is included in your plan. You may have your vehicle towed to the shop during our normal operating hours or before/after hours via the use of our key drop box. Local towing companies are very familiar with our shop location.

Can I supply my own parts? No, in order for our shop to provide a warranty on parts & labor, our shop must provide the necessary parts. We have high standards & only use parts that will hold true to that standard. We believe that skimping on a few dollars could end up costing hundreds in the future.

How much is your diagnostic fee? This varies case-to-case depending on how many concerns & what type of concerns we are addressing.

Can I get a free estimate? Absolutely! Feel free to contact us by phone or text to request a free quote. We will need the vehicle vin# & the specific repair job/parts in order to give you an accurate estimate.

Do you offer mobile services? No. We perform all services & repairs on site.

What is your warranty policy? We are a TechNet Professional Service Center. We offer a nationwide 24 month/24,000 mile repair warranty, whichever comes first.

Does your shop repair older vehicles? At this time, we do not work on vehicles older than 1995.

Do you test to see if a part is faulty before replacing? You bet! TEST don’t guess…that’s our motto! We have many specialized tools and testing equipment & we are not of the mindset to replace a part without confirming 100% that it is indeed causing a concern.

Will you call the customer before performing work? Yes, we believe in being upfront with our customers. Our shop only performs repair work that has been approved by the customer.
